Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs are straightforward. If your order totals fifteen dollars or more, shipping is free. For orders under fifteen dollars, there is a flat shipping fee of five dollars. When you need your items faster, expedited shipping is available for fifteen dollars. At this time, shipping is only offered within the United States.

The return policy is designed to give you confidence in your first purchase. Native believes in the products and wants you to love them as well. If you do not enjoy your first package, you can reach out for help with a return or exchange within thirty days of receiving your order. A full refund will be issued. For that first package, Native even covers the cost of return shipping if you decide not to keep it. There are a few exceptions. Individual mini and travel size products cannot be returned or exchanged. Expedited shipping fees are non refundable. Native digital gift cards are also non refundable.

Tracking your order is easy. You can use your order number on the website to see where your package is. Keep in mind that carriers often need twenty four to forty eight hours to scan a package and update the tracking information in their system. Even if tracking has not updated yet, your order has likely shipped and is on its way. You should expect to see an update within two business days from when the order was marked as shipped.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose. Orders are shipped within one to two business days after you place them. Once shipped, standard delivery takes three to seven business days to arrive. If you select expedited shipping, your package will arrive two business days after it has been shipped.

Expedited shipping is available for any order size. The cost is fifteen dollars for UPS two day shipping within the United States. That means you receive your order two business days after it leaves the warehouse. Expedited fees are not refundable. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, have a PO Box, or are in a US territory, expedited shipping may take a little longer than two days, but it will still be faster than the free method.

Exchanges are allowed on your very first order from Native. You have thirty days from the day you receive your package to request an exchange for your deodorant. To start the process, send a message to support. Keep in mind that exchanging your deodorant will void the return policy. Mini and travel size products cannot be exchanged.

Regarding currency, Native accepts US dollars only.

Shipping to the European Union and the United Kingdom has been paused. Native appreciates the support from customers in those regions, but shipping across the Atlantic has not been easy. The team wants to improve the delivery experience, so they are making changes to the website and reworking internal processes. While those improvements are being implemented, shipping to the EU and UK is temporarily unavailable.

The rewards program lets you earn points on your purchases. Joining is simple, and you receive benefits just for signing up. If you do not have an account yet, you can still access your points by creating one using the same email address you used to place past orders. Your tier is determined by how much you have spent once you register your account. To stay in your tier, you need to maintain a certain spending level over a set period. You cannot use all your discounts at once, but you can apply rewards points to most products on the site. Free priority shipping can be earned and used by reaching a specific point threshold. Past purchases do count toward your points and your status once you register, so you will not lose credit for what you have already bought.
