For other types of submissions, such as text, photos, videos, or audio, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the submission is your original work created in good faith. Do not include personal information about others without their consent. If the submission is public, use only a first name or nickname. If you work for P&G or a related agency, disclose that relationship. Disclose any payment or benefit you receive. You must be a genuine user of any mentioned product and your submission must reflect your honest experience. Submissions may not be false, misleading, offensive, or infringing. They may not mention other companies, addresses, phone numbers, or contain harmful code. By submitting, you grant P&G a non‑exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free license to use your submission in any media for any purpose, including promotional and commercial uses, without further notice or payment. You waive moral rights to the extent allowed by law. You release P&G from any claims arising from use of your submission. We may refuse or remove submissions that violate these terms.

The code of conduct applies to all site use. You agree not to use the site in violation of these terms, not to copy or sell any portion of the site, not to harass or impersonate others, not to solicit personal information from minors, not to engage in disruptive posting, not to introduce viruses or harmful code, not to gain unauthorized access, not to invade privacy, and not to encourage illegal conduct.

The sites may contain links to third‑party websites. P&G does not control those sites and is not responsible for their privacy practices, terms, or content. You access them at your own risk. Links do not imply endorsement. P&G operates sites globally. Claims about product effectiveness or comparisons are limited to the country where the site is published. Access from locations where content is illegal is prohibited. You are responsible for local law compliance.

When you visit or email us, you are communicating electronically. We may respond by posting notices on the site or replying to your email.

All site content is provided as is without warranties of any kind. P&G disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days, it will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts in Hamilton County, Ohio. Any claim must be filed within one year after it arises.

No failure to enforce any part of these terms constitutes a waiver. Only a specific written waiver signed by an authorized P&G representative has legal effect.

All content is copyrighted as a collective work and is the property of P&G. All trademarks are proprietary to P&G or used under license.

If you download software from the site, it is licensed, not sold. You do not own it. P&G retains full ownership. You may not redistribute, sell, decompile, or reverse engineer the software.

The site may offer mobile features, including browsing, uploading content, receiving messages, and downloading apps. We may charge for some features, and your carrier may also charge fees. Instructions for opting out will be provided with each mobile feature. By registering, you agree that we may send communications to your mobile device.
